Encoding your finished and scripted AMV properly for upload is more important than the actual scripting process itself. If you do this improperly, it will undo all of the effort you have just gone through to script your AMV and make it look good.

There are links for subsections about various levels of hardware/software for doing your final encode.

The ideal method is using DaVinci Resolve for your final encode. Adobe Media Encoder is the 2nd best, then followed by exporting it out of your editing program as a last resort.

The alternative methods are significantly slower than using the DaVinci Resolve, they will also be bigger files and the quality will be worse as they still don’t offer the same level of direct NVENC encoding that is available in DaVinci Resolve.
